I have enjoyed millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you see betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Wager $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar wager

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager 10 dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager

Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
