I have played millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this tactic! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
