I have enjoyed millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a number of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager

Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Wager $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet

Bet $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
