I have played countless of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of cash at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get rich with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager

Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager

Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Bet $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager

Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
